OUR ATTORNEYS
Our law firm is one of the oldest in town dating back to 1952 when our founder Dr. Jorge Pincay Coronel, a lawyer, university professor, and noted poet of Guayaquil-Ecuador set up his legal counseling firm and a family tradition.
Fast-forwarding into the twenty-first century... Clearly, the spirit of his poetry and loyalty to both his clients and the profession he honored runs deep. Four generations of recognized and dedicated law professionals have continued to serve our community in different areas along with several other young attorneys and legal counsels who share the Pincay family's passion for law, justice, and service.

ALBERTO G. PINCAY
Belongs to the second generation of law professionals in the family, with a successful career highly skilled in civil, mercantile, labor, and inheritance law. University professor for many years.
He served as Vice President of BARCELONA SPORTING CLUB, one of the most famous Latin American soccer teams and has represented important institutions in Ecuador.
Alberto G. Pincay currently serves as legal counsel to several Ecuadorian corporations and is one of few experts in inheritance law, a key area of civil law.
ALBERTO E. PINCAY
Master in constitutional law, he is a member of the third generation of the Pincay family of lawyers practicing in Guayaquil-Ecuador.
He has been active in several high profile cases exposing corruption on behalf of state institutions.
His expertise covers constitutional, criminal, and mining law and his client portfolio includes both national companies as well as foreign capital corporations. His legal representation also encompasses arbitration and mediation processes at the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center.
Alberto E. Pincay has been a university teacher and has also held several public offices related to the legal profession.
SARAH M. PINCAY
An expert in land law and migration matters, Sarah Pincay specializes in environmental law and is currently completing a master's degree program in Maritime Law.
Serves several corporate clients in Ecuador and has occupied public posts relating to land law. Her focus is immigration, agricultural, and land litigation matters.
She is also a member of the third generation of lawyers in the family.
MARÍA B. MARCOS
With graduate studies in business law and constitutional law and a solid foundation in mining, civil, labor, and mercantile law, her national and international corporate group of clients are provided with valuable legal support and counseling in matters of contracts and litigation.
As a corporate lawyer, she also offers legal advice on family law which is an important source of expertise when it comes to family businesses.
